To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a few pictures that displays the problem. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
2. Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.

Such a great sweater! Mine was exactly as pictured and is exactly what I want out of an oversized sweater. Looks great with jeans, leggings and even skirts. This is a one size fits all, so it will not be fitted at all. The material is thick, but not itchy. It was very warm and came down long enough in the back to wear with jeans. I will likely be buying this in another color!

I usually wear an XL in most things. Im 56" and almost 200 lbs. Yuck hate to admit that lol. Anyway, I bought a XXL and it fit beautifully. I was worried because the price was so cheap but the quality surprised me! I bought this for my sister-in-laws wedding and its gorgeous. Its a great dress and I would recommend this to all the ladies out there. Its worth it for sure

Love this Top! I was looking for a dress for an Adult Formal that I was helping to organize. Primarily, I was looking for comfort and nothing too fussy since I would be running around all night. This dress was my holy grail!

The Sweater is very well made.Excellent value for the price. I am a 38D around 160 lbs. so I ordered the large. It fits perfectly. I would recommend getting a backless bra because you will be able to see it through the lace.
