To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a few pictures that displays the problem. Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
2. Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number. Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached. We are responsible for the following defects returned within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.
3. Exchange & Refund
You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.
4. Shipping Fees
Landing Closet is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances:
Garment doesn't fit;
Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item.

I think I made a mistake by listening to another review on this product. The other reviewer said that they ordered an extra large to get the size and fit that they were looking for and that they were normally a medium. I am normally a medium and this thing fits me like I am drowning in the shirt

LOVE these tops- I have two. I usually wear a medium/large, but I needed an XXL in this top to be loose enough for me to be comfortable. Good stretch and a great everyday top for casual or with a cardigan for work.
